Charmast Recalls Model W1056 Power Banks

Customer safety is our top priority. In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC’’), Shenzhen Charmast Technology Co., Ltd. (“Charmast”) is voluntarily recalling Model W1056 Power Banks Sold in Amazon.com (USA) 

  • ONLY Model:W1056, ONLY Sold in Amazon.com (USA) 

The lithium-ion battery in the power banks can overheat, posing a fire hazard. If you have a W1056 power bank purchased in Amazon.com (USA) , stop using it right away. 

Only Model W1056 power bank purchased in Amazon.com (USA) is in part of the recall, Charmast other models are NOT part of the recall, or power banks sold in other countries is not part of the recall.

No other models of Charmast power banks are affected.

The model number W1056 is displayed on the back of the power bank. Please see example images below:

In order to improve the efficiency for your recall request and the accuracy remedy information for you, we recommend that you prepare the following information in advance:

  1. proof of purchase (Amazon order number purchased in Amazon.com USA)

Please note that if your claim is approved, we will arrange you a free replacement as soon as we can. The detailed and accurate delivery time of new free replacement to you is subject to the time of communication with our recall after-sale e-mail (rcus@charmast.com).

This recall only involves the Charmast W1056 POWER Bank- sold exclusively at Amazon.com USA site.

Enter your Amazon Order Number (purchased on Amazon.com USA), Purchase Date, Model, Color, Quantity, Photos ( shows name, date written in permanent marker on the powerbank), Your Full Name, Email, Your Address for replacement reshipment, .. etc, to begin the recall request registration.

(Notice: If you have multiple orders, please submit one registration form per order. For example, if you have 3 orders from Amazon USA, you will need to fill out the registration information 3 times. This ensures an accurate remedy. Thank you for your understanding.)
